Global Technology Summit: India's development is linked to the development of Indian technology, Foreign Minister in the inaugural session

The seventh Global Technology Summit (GTS) has started in New Delhi from today. Addressing the inaugural session of the Global Technology Summit, India's External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar said that India's development is closely linked to the development of Indian technology. The Seventh Global Technology Summit is going to last for three days. During the three days of the event, the world's leading experts in technology, government, security, space, startups, data, law, public health, climate change, academics, economy and more will raise and discuss technology and the important questions related to it. The summit is being hosted by the Ministry of External Affairs and Carnegie India.
GTS 2022 will see over 100 speakers participating in over 50 panel discussions, keynote addresses, book launches and other events. Ministers and senior government officials from the US, Singapore, Japan, Nigeria, Brazil, Bhutan, the European Union and other countries will also participate in the summit. More than 5000 participants from all over the world have registered to participate in the summit. In addition, a large number of participants will join the dialogue through the GTS Summit website and Carnegie India's YouTube channel and social media pages.
