Here’s What Happened at E-Summit’22 by E-Cell IIIT Pune

Pune is moving forward with head held high after having its new insignia
for successfully organising its first-ever entrepreneurial multitude E-Summit’22. Budding its stirring
narrative - "Making Impossible
Inevitable" among young minds through E-Summit’22, E-Cell IIIT Pune
has joined the community of prestigious institutes in India.
E-Summit’22
reflected Global Financial Capitals in Metaverse, encouraging young
entrepreneurs to look for newer opportunities and advance the realm of startups
into the new era by contributing towards the Metaverse that targets to
eliminate geographical barriers that restrict growth.

The registrations for the event started on 2nd March 2022 and were open for all those who are enrolled in a
UG/PG course globally. More than 12,000 registrations from more than 1000
colleges across 5 nations were made under E’Summit’22 by the most ingenious
minds to put their adeptness to the test.
E-Summit’22 got
all its elegance from 14 rousing events
that were organised under it. Each individual event was designed to examine the
entrepreneurial, analytical, innovative, execution and management skills of the
participants. Each participant brought their resourceful skill sets to the
table with great enthusiasm, tussling for a jaw-dropping cash prize pool of
more than INR 2,00,000. The first
rounds of all the events were slated to be held from 19th - 24th March 2022 and
the final showdown for each event was held between 25th - 27th Mar 2022.
E-Cell IIIT Pune
also conducted highly educative workshops on the most trending ideas in tech
and business including Web 3.0, Digital Marketing and Metaverse. The workshops compelled the attendees to deep dive into
the ocean of knowledge of emerging technologies and poise their understanding
of these topics.
Under
E-Summit’22, E-Cell IIIT Pune admirably aligned the second season of Breaking Conventions, a YouTube series that
invited enthralling entrepreneurial personalities to share their experiences
and flare up the audience to think rationally and make contributions at their
individual level through their entrepreneurial competencies. Eminent Speakers
like Ms Mahalakshmi Saravanan, Mr Prasoon Gupta, Ms Disha Singla and Mr Abhishek
Biswas filled the audience with optimism. Words by Dr Annurag Batra, from his sensational journey, inspired many to
follow their dreams and Mr Vatsal Kanakiya narrated how he made a
career as a venture capitalist out of his interest, motivating young
entrepreneurs to explore and excel in their passion. At last, Mr Paresh
Gupta brought out the significance of life-life balance over work-life
saying business is just another form of life. Not to mention the inspiring
stories of Mr Arjun Vaidya and Ms Himanshi Singh.

Lastly, the grandiose event came to an end with the knock of the
closing ceremony on 27th March 2022. Winners of all the events were declared
and awarded with cash prizes. E-Cell IIIT Pune has achieved another milestone
after organizing this magnificent and fulfilling summit. The organising
committee is immensely elated after lining up E-Summit’22 with its narrative of
Think. Innovate. Sell. Prosper. and enlightening everyone towards making the
impossible inevitable and it promises to keep pushing through to bring yet
better and newer opportunities to the table.
