One of the dynamic associations in the institute, the Association of Aeronautical Engineers (AAE) has carved a niche for itself by organizing weekly workshops, frequent training programs, seminars and many more. One of our notable activities is our annual technical fest "FLIGHT" that impacts engineers from all over the country. Exposing students & enthusiasts to exciting opportunities in this sophisticated field of Aerospace is the key objective of AAE.
Some events are Organized during innovation air crash investigation, cad modelling, aircraft design project, bottle rocketry, boomerang, technical quiz, rc plane event, drone racing, math-o-mania, connections, logo quiz. Also workshops are arranged at that event are jets,
composites (kevlar, hybrid), free form modelling, flow analysis, quadcopter, control line & photography. Paper presentation topics are Aerodynamics, Structures, Propulsion & Unmanned Aerial vehicle systems.
