An undisclosed amount of funding in Seed round, by Bengaluru-based Truly, a B2B SaaS company with solutions for restaurants.
The round was led by Singapore-based private investor and backed by members of Amplifi Angel Group including Vishnu Bhat (Bengaluru-based entrepreneur and former SVP of Infosys); Mumbai-based entrepreneur Rajiv Lunkad, and Dubai-based Naresh Ravindranath.
One of the investors said, “Regardless of a market overloaded with apps for restaurants, Trilyo is exciting because of novel use case features that will put it well ahead of any competition and offer a comprehensive solution which is missing in the market.
Trilyo was founded in 2015 by Abhishek Moharana and Gaurav Gambhir. It has launched its product as a test in Mumbai and Bengaluru over the past few weeks. Mohrana is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and has worked with PwC; Gambhir worked with EY and has experience in building enterprise applications. Both of them earlier worked at TCS.
The restaurants are being helped by Trilyo
in a complete 360-degree customer management with solutions for strong consumer loyalty while enhancing the whole consumer experience. Trilyo is a cloud-based service app providing restaurants and restaurant chains with solutions for feedback and selling.
To expand the product suite and build client traction, the funds received in the seed round would be utilized.
In September 2016, Delhi-based Idea Chakki, a foodtech campaign, raised funding from Ratan Tata.For their next round of funding, Ideachakki has also partnered with Enablers.
